1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Fuel Card Sales Academy Limited (referred to as “we,” “our,” or “us”) to individuals or entities (referred to as “you” or “the client”). By engaging with our training services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services Provided
Fuel Card Sales Academy provides specialist training programs and consultancy services for businesses within the fuel card industry. Services include, but are not limited to:
- 2-Day Fuel Card Sales Masterclass (Onsite Intensive Workshop)
- 12-Week Fuel Card Sales Mastery Program (Hybrid)
- 12-Month Fuel Card Excellence Program (Hybrid)
- Ongoing consultancy services
- Customised training solutions
3. Payment Terms
- Option 1: 2-Day Fuel Card Masterclass Workshop
A 50% deposit is required upfront to secure the booking for the workshop.
The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of the training, payable within 7 days of receiving the final invoice.
Option 2: 12-Week Fuel Card Sales Accelerator Program
A 50% deposit is required upfront to secure a booking for the 12-week training program.
The remaining 50% balance is due within 7 days of the final training session, with an invoice issued upon completion.
Option 3: 12-Month Fuel Card Excellence Program
The 12-Month Program operates on a monthly subscription model.
Payments are due monthly in advance on the first day of each month.
Subscribers may opt for annual payment at a discounted rate, payable upfront.
Late Payment Terms
Any payments not received by the specified due date will incur a late payment charge of 2% per day until the balance is settled.
Persistent late payment may result in suspension of services until the account is brought up to date.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation by the Client:
- Cancellations must be made in writing to support@fuelcardsalesacademy.co.uk.
- If a cancellation is made at least 14 days before the scheduled training date, a full refund will be issued (less any administrative fees if applicable).
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled date will incur a 25% cancellation fee, or the client may choose to reschedule the training for a later date.
- Cancellations must be made in writing to support@fuelcardsalesacademy.co.uk.
- If a cancellation is made at least 14 days before the scheduled training date, a full refund will be issued (less any administrative fees if applicable).
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled date will incur a 25% cancellation fee, or the client may choose to reschedule the training for a later date.
- Rescheduling: Clients may request to reschedule a training session at no extra cost if done at least 10 days in advance of the original training date. Rescheduling requests within 10 days of the scheduled date may incur an additional fee of 10% of the total cost.
- Rescheduled sessions must take place within 6 months from the original training date. If the training is not rescheduled within this time frame, the full fee will be due, and the client will need to book a new session.
- Cancellation by Fuel Card Sales Academy: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule a session, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer an alternative date or a full refund if rescheduling is not feasible.
5. Intellectual Property
- Ownership of Materials: All training materials, including presentations, documents, videos, and other content provided during the training sessions, are the intellectual property of Fuel Card Sales Academy.
- Use of Materials: Clients agree not to reproduce, distribute, or sell the materials without express written permission from Ful Card Sales Academy.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Active Participation: Clients are expected to engage fully with the training process, including completing any pre-course materials, participating in activities, and attending sessions.
- Information Accuracy: Clients must provide accurate and up-to-date information to facilitate the training process.
- Compliance: Clients agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations relevant to the services provided by Fuel Card Sales Academy.
7. Confidentiality
- Confidential Information: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of the training or consultancy. This includes client-specific data, business strategies, and other sensitive information.
- Exclusions: Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is public knowledge, already known to the receiving party, or required to be disclosed by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Training Outcomes: Clear Card Services will make every effort to deliver high-quality training, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes or success in business activities resulting from the training.
- Limitation: Our liability to you in connection with the training or services provided will be limited to the total amount paid by you for the services rendered. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Data Protection
- Personal Data: We are committed to protecting your personal data. Any personal information provided to us will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Use of Data: Personal data will only be used to facilitate the provision of our services and for communication purposes related to your training or consultancy.
10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients, and the updated Terms will take effect immediately upon publication on our website.
11. Force Majeure
Fuel Card Sales Academy will not be held liable for any delays or failure in performance of services caused by events outside of our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or other unforeseeable events.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
